Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers can return or exchange their goods within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@ultimatebeestore.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – including packaging, tags, and labels – to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in “like new” condition. If not, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Returns are not accepted for items bought via Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or other third-party platforms.
  • Customers must use tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Customs/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and not covered by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund once we receive the item.
  • Please send clear photos of the issue to speed up the resolution.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • For discounted items, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
